Solitude brings altitude

When God wants to take us higher, He often starts by getting us alone.

It doesn’t mean there won’t be people around or that we won’t have people we can rely on.. it means we need to quiet the noise and learn to lean on Him alone.

Time alone with the Lord should be a way of life not just a means to it.

Jesus lived a LIFE of solitude.

He spent time alone to pray, to prepare, to rest, to grieve, for clarity of direction, to regain strength.

The Greek word for solitude means a desert or desolate place – in other words, the wilderness.

If solitude brings us altitude;
The wilderness brings us
the wonder of a new beginning,
the weight of a new mission,
the warm horizon of our promised land.
