Trials show us what we\’re made of. Strength we\’ve never had to rely on before makes itself known, endurance is grown; and humility is birthed.

But trials also make it clear who\’s actually for us, exposing those who only say they\’re for us.

You will often be surprised by who shows up for you in the middle of your trials – and who doesn\’t.

Though painful, this is my favourite part of difficult times – it clarifies your relationships to prioritise and helps you to release others.
